Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the ViewGaze website (viewgaze.in) and the MRAMS application. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you're using MRAMS on behalf of a clinic, hospital, or MR Union, you're confirming you have the authority to agree on that organization's behalf.
What MRAMS is
MRAMS is an appointment management platform built for Medical Representatives, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and MR Unions to schedule visits without conflicts, missed appointments, or double-bookings. ViewGaze builds and operates MRAMS.
Accounts
MRAMS is currently onboarded through existing MR Unions and Owner-provisioned organizations rather than open self-service sign-up. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you or your organization provides, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each Medical Representative who logs appointments in MRAMS counts as one seat. Doctors, clinic staff, and union administrators invited as viewers don't count toward your seat limit.
Plans and billing
Starter is free forever for up to 35 Medical Representatives, with no credit card required, and is fully self-serve. Growth and Enterprise pricing is published on our Pricing page.
MRAMS is in Version 1: Growth and Enterprise billing is currently set up manually with our sales team after a demo — there is no automated online payment or self-service checkout flow yet. Specific billing terms (invoicing schedule, payment method, and start date) are confirmed directly with your organization before your plan begins.
If your Medical Representative count exceeds the Starter limit, we'll notify you before any change takes effect. We won't automatically disable your account or access to your data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use MRAMS for any purpose other than legitimate appointment scheduling and management for Medical Representatives, doctors, clinics, hospitals, or MR Unions.
- Attempt to access data belonging to another organization or user without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of MRAMS or this website, including attempting to bypass security controls.
- Use automated means to scrape, extract, or copy data from MRAMS beyond normal use of the product.
- Misrepresent your identity or your organization's identity when creating or using an account.
Your data
Appointment, doctor, and Medical Representative data you enter into MRAMS belongs to your organization. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't use it for any purpose beyond providing and improving MRAMS for you. You can request an export of your data at any time — see our About page for more on our no-lock-in commitment.
Intellectual property
The MRAMS software, this website, and their design, branding, and underlying code are owned by ViewGaze. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or source code beyond what's needed to use MRAMS as intended.
Service availability
We work to keep MRAMS available and reliable, but as with any software service, we can't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers in advance of planned maintenance.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
MRAMS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewGaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MRAMS or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You can stop using MRAMS at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. If your account is terminated, you can still request an export of your organization's data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as MRAMS evolves. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active customers of material changes.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
