This policy explains what information ViewGaze collects through this website (viewgaze.in), why we collect it, and how it's handled. It covers this marketing site — the questions people ask us before they're customers. It doesn't cover the MRAMS application itself, which is a separate product with its own in-app data (appointments, doctor calendars, union records) handled under the agreement your organization signs when you onboard.
Information we collect
Enquiry form (Start Free / Book Demo / Contact Sales). When you submit this form, we collect your union or organization name, your name, your designation, email address, phone number, city and state, the approximate number of Medical Representatives you manage, and any message you add. This is the only form on this site that is stored on our servers.
Contact page form. The form on our Contact page does not submit to us directly — it opens your own email client with a pre-filled message for you to send. We only receive it if you actually send that email, and at that point it's handled like any email sent to us.
Automatically collected data. Our hosting and web server infrastructure records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps) for security and reliability purposes, in line with normal web server operation. We do not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing we store in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, saved locally so the site remembers your choice on your next visit — this never leaves your device and isn't used to identify or track you.
How we use your information
We use enquiry form submissions to respond to your request, follow up about a demo or plan, and set up your account if you move forward with Growth or Enterprise. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.
Who we share it with
We use Resend to send the emails this form triggers (a notification to our sales team, and a confirmation to you). Your email address and message are passed to Resend solely to deliver those emails. We don't share your information with anyone else, and we don't use any advertising or data-broker services.
Data storage and retention
Enquiry submissions are stored on our servers for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a customer, to set up and support your account. If you'd like your information deleted and you're not an active customer, contact us and we'll remove it.
Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you share with us, including encrypting data in transit and at rest. See our Security page for details on how we protect data across MRAMS as a whole.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a copy of it, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email yashxxbgp@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
ViewGaze is a business-to-business product for Medical Representatives, doctors, clinics, hospitals, and MR Unions. This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
As ViewGazeand MRAMS grow, this policy may be updated to reflect new features or practices. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
